How do I complain about a Moderator?

If you feel that a Moderator has behaved badly, then please use the 'report dangerous behaviour' option in the Habbo Help Tool.

Please do not report Moderators just because they have banned you! If you feel that your ban is unfair, use the 'I think I've been banned' option in the Habbo Help Tool and make your case there. :)

How do I Call For Help?

To get help at any time of the day or night, simply use the 'Call for help' function located in the blue question mark at the bottom right of the screen. Make sure you select the correct option when calling for help. Depending on which option you select, you'll be either be directed to a Habbo page that can help you, or your call for help will be sent to the Moderators on duty.
Remember that the 'Emergency Help' option is a 999/911 emergency service only.

What are Moderators?

Moderators are carefully selected, police vetted and fully trained members of Habbo Hotel staff. They can send warnings to misbehaving Habbos, kick them out of rooms or even ban them from the hotel. Our Moderators will not hesitate to contact the police if they feel it is necessary.

How do I become a Moderator?

We do not recruit Habbos to be Moderators, sorry.

Who are Moderators?

We have a team of Habbo Hotel Moderators in the Hotel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Moderators work in 4 hour shift intervals.
