What is the giant hand for?

When you have bought items from the Catalogue, we 'hand deliver' them to your room. When you are in a guest room you will be able to see a hand shaped icon in the bottom right side of your screen. To open your hand, click the hand icon (surprise, surprise!) in the right side of your screen. You can drag the items into your room, scroll through the hand and close it by clicking "close".

Where are the items I bought from the Catalogue?

When you buy an item of furni from the Catalogue it is delivered to your hand. To open your hand, click the hand icon (surprise, surprise!) in the right side of your screen. You can drag the items into your room, scroll through the hand and close it by clicking "close".

How do I use the Mood Light?

To use the Mood Light, simply place it on any wall within your room and then double click it. The Mood Light options window will be displayed and you can now play around with the many light and colour options.

Who can use the Mood Light?

The room owner is the only person who can interact with the Mood Light.

Where can I buy a Mood Light?

The Mood Light can be found in the Accessories section of the Habbo Catalogue.

What is the Catalogue?

The Catalogue is basically the hotel shop. In it you will all sorts of goodies, such as furniture (Habbos call it 'furni'), pets, plants, wallpaper and flooring, cameras, gifts and trophies.

Where can I find the Catalogue?

You'll see the icon below at the bottom of your screen when you are inside the hotel.



How do I buy items from the Catalogue?

Just open the Catalogue up by clicking on the icon and browse through the many ranges. Click "buy" and then follow the instructions. If you haven't got any Credits, find out how to get some here.

Why can't I see new items in the Catalogue, when other Habbos can?

Are you using AOL to access Habbo Hotel? If you are, this is probably why you can't see the new stuff. AOL remotely caches website pages and so what you are seeing is not the latest version of Habbo Hotel. To avoid this, use AOL to get a connection to the internet and then use a different browser, such as Firefox or Internet Explorer to load the hotel.

How do I get items that are not in the Catalogue?

Items that are not in the Catalogue are probably one of three things: rare items, seasonal items or prizes. You can buy rare and seasonal items at different times during the year and enter competitions to win prizes. And of course you always offer to trade something with the owner of the special item.

What if I have bought something I don't like?

Sadly, Catalogue items are not refundable. However, you can trade your items with other users.
